In 1988, The Pennsylvanian opened its doors to 242 magnificent apartments, offering studios, one & two bedrooms, lofts, and town homes. Our building is a restricted access building, which means that upon move-in, the resident will receive an access card to enter the building. Every apartment features 14 foot ceilings with oversized windows complete with miniblinds. Other conveniences are: central heat and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The utilities that the resident is responsible for are: electric, water and sewage, phone, and cable. For our residents’ convenience, we offer 24-hour maintenance.
